  • Spearheaded the expansion of the agency’s services to include Facebook ads management, demonstrating proficiency in managing diverse campaigns for different clients across various markets and niches.
  • Conducted extensive research on different markets and niches, gaining a strong understanding of customer behavior, needs, and preferences. This insight was instrumental in developing compelling value propositions using the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC).

How it began

During my Digital Marketing studies at HackerU College, I met a dentist at the climbing gym who just opened a new clinic and he offered me money to help him with a website. So I asked in the students’ Whatsapp group if anyone could help me with that and one of them referred me to Renovatio Group – a website development studio. 

As we worked on the client together, the former CEO – Matan K, offered to work together. 

Growth mode engaged  

As I took charge of Renovatio’s marketing, the agency strictly sold only tailor-made websites. 
After a very successful campaign that I executed while managing the graphic design team, the agency sold a record number of websites after I aligned the sales and achieved a 117% increase in revenue within 3 months.

Expanding to different fields

As the growth started the agency started selling a new service which I was in charge of – Facebook ads management. And gave me a unique position in that I manage not only Renovatio’s marketing, but also the clients’ Facebook marketing.
In that time I’ve had to work and research so many different markets and niches that I’ve gained a strong sense of marketing and mastered developing Value propositions for different kinds of campaigns using VPC (Value Proposition Canvas)
