How It Began

In high school, I was in science and leadership class, one of the classes I took was nutrition studies and I really loved it.
After I got released from the army, I met Gonen and Eli who were personal trainers that started a concept of fitness groups in parks and I joined them on a journey that began to shape my adulthood.

How It Worked

The concept of the funnel was very straightforward, people came to the training in the park from ads or recommendations and paid monthly membership, some of them wanted to lose weight or gain more muscles, and then I’d take them on private escorting training to develop the necessary eating habits to add the nutrition that they needed.

Growth Stage by creating user-generated content (UGC)

The most important thing in my mind was to give the best experience that the clients didn’t expect to get and prove to the client they can do things that they didn’t imagine themselves doing.

A few things that we contacted to encourage the client to spread the rumor were discounts and presents for referring, giveaways, challenges, and competitions.

Example for a challenge

we started a challenge called “Iron Belly Challenge” which challenges the clients to reach 5 minutes of plank.
We created videos to encourage them to train at home to get better results and asked them to share their progress on social media.

Example of a giveaway competition

As we approached the summer we contacted a giveaway of vocation for a couple, all they had to do is creating a post or a video sharing their journey with Fit K and share it on their socials. The winner was who got the most likes and comments.
This campaign was so successful that we extended the giveaway and give the 10 following winners a set of branded goods including a shirt, yoga mat, jumping rope, and a bottle.
The other clients who didn’t win were so thrilled about the goods that they were willing to buy them.

Fit K was my first experience collaborating with other professionals, maintaining client relations, and combining everything for marketing needs and business growth.
After two amazing years, I decided to learn digital marketing professionally and went to HackerU academy and then started my next chapter with “Homexpert”.
